AIESEC Mailer System

During a hackathon for non profit organizations, I volunteered to apply my experience in project and product management to be a project lead.

The project for the hackathon consisted of creating a system of lead nurturing and email template creation based on one of the AWS services SES. This allowed AIESEC to be more cost-effective and have a better lead nurturing management as it enables their members the freedom to customize and use their database contacts in real-time.

My role was to lead a team of back-end, front-end, and UI/UX designers during a two day hackathon. I created a task board, documentation, project requirements, and worked closely with the volunteer hackers and the AIESEC team. I monitored the progress, risks, and issues during the hackathon while also coordinating the simultaneous development of the front-end, back-end, and UI design.
